Is this a scam? How do I know you're legit?
Being careful is exactly right. We're a registered service operating from Spain (València), and everything here is checkable before you pay a cent: payments go through Stripe, your booking is protected, and our terms, privacy and refund policies are all public on this site. A real person answers you on WhatsApp, usually within the hour.
Do I pay before seeing a room? Is my money safe?
You pay only the plan fee upfront — that's what funds the search. You never pay a landlord blindly: bookings run through a protected platform, and the rent is only released to the landlord ~48h after you move in and confirm the room is as promised.
What if I don't like the options, or a landlord says no?
We send you verified options that match your brief. Not the one for you? We send more — up to 3 with Basic, 6 with Plus, or unlimited with Premium (we don't stop until we find your room) — at no extra cost. If a landlord falls through, we replace it with a fresh verified option. The 100% refund applies if we genuinely can't find any option that matches what you asked for (it's for when we can't deliver — not simply if you change your mind about a valid match).
Can I see the room before I commit?
For some places a video or in-person viewing with the landlord is possible; others go fast as a verified remote booking, so we can't promise every option can be viewed first. What we do promise: every option is personally verified, and your booking stays protected until you're in.
Is 49€/125€ everything I pay you?
Yes — our fee is just the plan, one-time, nothing hidden on our side. The flat has its usual costs (first month + deposit), and depending on the option there may or may not be an agency fee. We always tell you the exact total upfront for every option, so there are zero surprises.
How fast is a refund if it comes to that?
Simple and in writing: request it on WhatsApp or by email, no forms. Once approved, it's issued to your original card within 5–10 business days. It's the same policy published on our refund page — nothing buried in fine print.
